1. Application of LICHFL with 2 color photos
2. Pan card & ID Card (xerox)
3. Residence Proof
4. Higher Qualification Certificate (xerox)
5. Appointment order with salary breakup (CTC)
6. Last 3 months Payslips
7. Last 6 months Bank Statement
8. Latest Form -16
9. Insurance Policy Bonds xerox (If any)
10. Processing Fee

The applicant should also submit 8 standby cheques duly signed and crossed in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd, without mentioning the date & amount. In case of any technical problem with the ECS forms, these cheques may be used as standby with your permission. The banker will verify your signature and attest (with sign and seal) the ECS form.
